This page explains how I handle your information and the ground rules for working with me. I’ve tried to use plain words. If anything is unclear, email me at [email protected].

PART 1: PRIVACY POLICY

What I collect

• Your name and email when you join a waitlist, sign up for something free, or buy something.
• Your phone number or other details, if you give them to me when you book or message me.
• Your purchase history and account login.
• Information you share in your intake or coaching sessions.
• Payment details, which go directly to the payment processor (Kajabi Payments). I never see or store your full card number.
• Basic website information, like which pages are visited and what kind of device is used, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How I use it

• To give you what you signed up for or bought, and to manage your account.
• To schedule sessions and to send a brief check-in before and after each session.
• To email you things you asked for, like waitlist news and course access.
• To keep my website working and understand what’s helpful.

Who sees it
I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with the services I need to run my business, like Kajabi (my website, courses, email, and payments) and my payment processor, or if the law requires it. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Cookies and tracking
My website uses Google Analytics and Kajabi’s built-in analytics to see how people use my site, such as which pages are visited, what kind of device is used, and when someone signs up or buys. This does not include what you share in coaching. You can limit this with your browser’s privacy settings or by blocking cookies.

Email
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. If someone else can see your email or phone, please use an address or device only you can access.

What you share in 1:1 coaching
What you tell me stays private. I take notes for my own use only, and I don’t share them. I will only share what you’ve told me if: (1) you give me permission, (2) the law requires me to, such as a court order, or (3) I believe you or someone else is in immediate danger. Coaching is not therapy, so it isn’t protected by the same laws as a conversation with a licensed therapist.

How long I keep it
I keep your information as long as I need it to give you my services, keep records, and follow the law. You can ask me to delete it.

Keeping it safe
I use reputable services and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No system online is perfectly secure, so I can’t promise it will never be accessed by someone who shouldn’t see it.

Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you by emailing [email protected]. If you live in California, you have additional rights under California privacy law, and you can use the same email to ask about them.

Age
Shine Within and the resource library are for adults 18 and older. Individual coaching for anyone under 18 requires a parent or guardian to agree to these terms and sign up with me. I don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13 without a parent’s permission.

Changes
If I change this policy, I’ll update the date at the top.

PART 2: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

What I offer
Elevate Soul offers education and support for women recovering from difficult relationships. This includes 1:1 coaching and the Shine Within course.

What this is not
My offerings are not therapy, counseling, or medical care. They don’t diagnose or treat any condition, and they don’t replace a licensed mental health professional or doctor. I am not a licensed therapist. I’m not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in danger or in crisis, please see Crisis & Safety Resources or call 911.

Your part
You are responsible for your own choices and well-being. Please stop or pause anything that doesn’t feel safe for you. I can’t promise any particular result, and everyone’s experience is different.

Payments and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout. All sales are final. Because digital materials and portal access are available as soon as you buy, I don’t offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds.

1:1 coaching: scheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice are usually forfeited. I understand emergencies happen, so please contact me and I’ll do my best to work with you.

Shine Within course
Your purchase gives you one person’s access to the course. You have access for as long as the course is offered. If I ever stop offering it or move it to a new home, I’ll give you advance notice by email.

What belongs to me
All videos, audio, worksheets, text, and other materials are mine and are protected by copyright. You may use them for yourself. Please don’t copy, share, resell, or post them. Please don’t share your login with anyone. If you do, I may end your access.

Limits of responsibility
To the extent the law allows, I’m not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or harm that results from using my website, courses, or coaching. My total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid me for the service in question.

Governing law
These terms follow California law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Santa Cruz County, California.

Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
