FOR WOMEN HEALING FROM TOXIC, MANIPULATIVE RELATIONSHIPS
SHINE WITHIN
A self-paced course that starts in your body, moves through your mind, and goes deeper into who you are underneath it all.
You've done the understanding
Â
You can name what happened in the relationship now. Maybe you've read the books, listened to the podcasts, and found words for things you couldn't explain before. And you may have noticed that understanding it and feeling free of it are two different things.
Your body might still contract at a certain tone of voice. You may feel an urgency that doesn't match the situation. It's likely you look in the mirror and wonder who you were before all of this.
That's a sign the next part of healing happens somewhere your mind can't reach alone.
WHAT THIS COURSE CAN OFFER
Â
Shine Within is a self-paced course that guides you through your body, your mind, and your soul. Along the way, it can offer you:
✦ A way to understand your body. Learn to notice what state your nervous system is in and what helps it settle, so you have something to reach for when a trigger hits.
✦ Tools for the moments you feel pulled. Practices for urgency, spiraling, and the draw toward what’s familiar, so you can feel the pull without having to follow it.
✦ Language for what happened. Plain-language lessons that help you name the patterns you lived through and see how they’ve shaped you since.
✦ Space to meet yourself. Parts work, inner child exercises, and reflection to get to know who you were before, and who you are underneath.
✦ Practice with boundaries and rest. Small, doable ways to say no, ask for what you need, and rest without guilt.
✦ A connection to your soul. Meditations, reflection, and, if it’s part of your life, prayer, to help you reconnect with your intuition, your values, and your faith.
Â
Everyone's healing looks different, and this course meets you where you are.
HOW SHINE WITHIN WORKS
Â
Shine Within moves in the order your system can actually follow: body first, then mind, then soul.
The body. Gentle practices that help your nervous system recognize what's happening and find somewhere steady to land. You can't think your way into safety, so this is where the work starts.
The mind. Tools for seeing patterns clearly: how they formed, how they show up, and how to keep them from repeating with a future partner, your children, or your friendships.
The soul. Space to reconnect with your own voice, your values, your intuition, and, if it's part of your life, your relationship with God. This is an invitation, not a requirement.

THE SHINE METHOD
Â
The SHINE Method guides you from body to mind to soul in five steps, each building on the one before. Move through them in order, or return to any step when you need it.
Â
1. Safety
Accessing safety in your body
A calmer body has more room inside it. These practices help your nervous system (the system that controls how safe or alarmed you feel) settle, so you can feel what needs to be felt without it taking over. Feeling is part of healing, and this step helps your body feel safe enough to do it. You learn to notice what’s happening in your body, to feel the pull of urgency without acting on it, and to slow down. Breathwork, grounding, gentle movement, somatic (body-based) exercises, and vagus nerve exercises, simple ways to support your body’s calming system, give you something to reach for when you feel overwhelmed.
2. Honor
Making room for your story
Get to know the parts of you that learned to protect you. Through parts work, shadow work, and inner child exercises, you look at what you learned to hide, care for the younger you, and soften the protections you no longer need, so you can rebuild trust with who you are underneath. This step makes room to tell the difference between your survival self, the part that has been protecting you, and your True Self.
3. Integrate
Bringing your body and mind together
Here your body and your mind start working together. You learn that calm doesn’t have to mean a quiet, empty mind. Calm can also mean feeling an emotion all the way through without getting pulled into a spiral. You practice telling the difference between what feels familiar and what is actually good for you, so you can notice it in the moment. And you learn to listen to what your body is telling you, and to understand it with your mind.
4. Nurture
Caring for yourself
You learn to care for yourself in ways you may never have been taught. This step is about rest, boundaries, and a kinder voice inside your own head. You practice resting without guilt, even when slowing down feels strange. You practice saying no and asking for what you need. And you learn to answer your inner critic, the harsh voice that says you’re not enough, with kindness instead of believing it.
5. Elevate
Coming home to your Self
Underneath the roles you played and the ways you learned to protect yourself, some of them long before this relationship, is the person you came here to be. This step helps you remember her: not only who you were before, but who you are at the soul level. You learn to trust your own voice and your inner knowing, and to live by what matters most to you. Guided meditations and reflection, and prayer if it’s part of your life, help you reconnect with your soul. You also look at how to carry this into your relationships with partners, friends, and your children, so the old pattern can end with you.

THE SHINE WITHIN LIBRARY (coming soon)
Â
Â
It’s late, and you feel the urge to check where he’s been, or who he’s talking to. Or you’re replaying a conversation, trying to work out whether he was telling the truth. Or grief hits out of nowhere in the grocery store.
Instead of searching extensively for something that might help, you open the Library, choose what you’re feeling, and find practices waiting for you.
The Shine Within Library is a monthly membership organized by emotion, so you can find what fits the moment you’re in. Some of the places you might go:
- Anxiety and spiraling
- Grief and loss
- Anger
- Shame and self-blame
- Numbness and feeling disconnected
- The pull to go back
- Sleep and settling your body
- ... and more
Each one offers a variety of ways in: breathwork, gentle movement, somatic exercises, creative practices, guided meditations, journaling, and reflections for the soul. A “Start Here” shelf has quick resets for the moments you feel overwhelmed and don’t want to browse.
